I’ve created 6 Workout Rounds in 2 Phases that require just under 2 hours weekly in total to do at home after our initial instructional session which will be available both in-studio and livestreamed to AOK! FIT TV and recorded. You’ll always have the option to meet & do the week’s round on Sunday at 8am at our Strongsville studio location with me or follow at home, LIVE! After great results from Series A, I have created and will be launching Series B.
We begin on Sunday, Feb 6th at 8am & complete the program just before the end of March, just in time for Spring Break! This instructional session weekly will be recorded for you to refer back to and performed at home 2 more times that week! (or more but at least 2 more on your own) So access to AOK! FIT TV is a must!
